How The Question First Group Uses AI
AI helps us work more efficiently and deliver a better experience for our clients. We use tools such as ChatGPT and secure enterprise-level AI systems to support research, drafting, analysis, and call preparation. These tools help us move faster and explore different angles before refining the final output.
More specifically, we use AI to:
- Generate first drafts of written materials
- Summarize documents
- Help structure ideas, frameworks, and posts
- Support internal operations and workflows
- Check for clarity, tone, and consistency
- Assist with quality control checks
- Analyze call recordings using AI tools
- Review transcripts from video call recordings
- Prepare for client calls by reviewing summaries and insights
- Identify themes and patterns from call transcripts to improve delivery
- Assist with writing by turning transcripts into draft posts or internal notes
All AI use at The Question First Group happens within secure, enterprise-level environments to protect client data and confidential information.
AI is not used to replace human expertise, decision-making, judgment, or client delivery. It is a support tool, not a stand-in for the skills and experience of the QFG team.
What Is Human-Reviewed
Everything delivered to clients is reviewed by a real member of the QFG team before it reaches you.
This includes:
- All documentation and written materials
- Any training resources
- Strategic recommendations
- Reports and analysis
- Emails, templates, and communication tools
- Session materials and coaching frameworks
Nothing is published or sent to clients without a human checking for accuracy, quality, relevance, and alignment with QFG standards.
We do not publish raw AI output.
How Content Is Audited
To maintain high standards, all content created with the support of AI goes through a structured review process:
- Initial creation:
AI may be used to assist in generating drafts, exploring options, or analyzing transcripts. - Expert review:
A QFG team member reviews the draft, edits it, improves it, and ensures it aligns with our methodology, expertise, and client needs. - Accuracy and relevance check:
We verify facts, remove errors, validate insights, and ensure the content reflects current best practice and lived client experience. - Tone and clarity check:
We make sure every piece of content speaks with QFG’s voice and is easy to understand. - Final approval:
No content is released until a human signs it off.
Our commitment is simple: AI supports the work, humans take responsibility for the work.
Our Approach to AI Leadership and Responsibility
At The Question First Group, we believe it’s essential to stay at the leading edge of technology. To serve our clients well, we need to understand the tools, applications, and innovations shaping the way work gets done today. That means not only keeping up with AI, but actively leading in how it’s tested, used, and applied in a professional services environment.
Our founders own and operate several AI businesses and enterprises, giving us a unique vantage point into how AI is evolving. As a team, we consistently experiment with new tools, explore emerging capabilities, and test different applications with one purpose in mind: to understand how these technologies can help our clients achieve better results, faster.
While AI supports some of our day-to-day work—from administrative tasks to drafting content and preparing for client calls—we are also exploring how AI can be used as coaching tools and how it can support our clients in their own workflows. We want to be in a position where we can confidently advise on AI tools because we’ve tried them, we understand them, and we know the strengths, limitations, and risks. Our clients should feel assured that when we recommend something, it’s because we’ve already done the work behind the scenes to evaluate what’s good, what works, and what doesn’t.
This commitment goes hand-in-hand with a strong sense of responsibility. We care deeply about how data is handled, stored, and protected. Discretion is important to us, and we carefully consider how and when AI tools are used—especially where client information is involved. Security, privacy, and responsible use are core principles in everything we do.
If you ever have questions or concerns about how we use AI tools, how your data is handled, or how we make decisions about technology, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.
