Erin and Jonny are joining the team — and they’re just the beginning.

Question First Group is excited to announce that Erin Fults and Jonny Holsten have completed their Pathfinder coach certification and are now officially part of the team. They’re the first certified Pathfinder coaches outside of the founding team, and they won’t be the last.

Why now?

Demand for Pathfinder training has grown faster than anyone expected. Leaders and sales teams have been hearing about the framework at events, reading the book, and immediately wanting it for their teams. The problem has been capacity — until now, the number of clients the team could take on was limited.

“It really just takes a person either reading the book or hearing about it from one of us on stage, and immediately they say, ‘I want to be a Pathfinder. I want to sell like a Pathfinder. I want my team to embrace Pathfinder.'”

Bringing Erin and Jonny on board changes that. The goal over the next few years is to add 15 to 20 additional certified coaches to keep up with the growing demand.

Meet Erin

Erin came onto the radar through a shared world of sales and marketing methodology. She had already become a certified They Ask You Answer partner and was a standout in her cohort. She’s deeply familiar with StoryBrand, has experience teaching it, and has co-taught bridge selling alongside Jonny. What makes her exceptional isn’t just her knowledge — it’s her ability to explain things in a way that actually sticks.

Erin’s own experience with coaching is part of what drew her in. “Almost 20 years ago I hired my first business coach. The work we did together shaped my thinking in ways that still impacts how I show up in my work today. Great coaching has the power to transform.”

She also sees this as a natural extension of the work she’s already doing. “I love it when my work naturally expands. The Pathfinder principles apply in what I do with my marketing clients and the work Jonny and I do with sales teams at BridgeSelling. It all comes back to clear communication.”

Meet Jonny

Jonny caught Marcus Sheridan’s attention through LinkedIn, where his bridge selling method and talent for creating original frameworks stood out immediately. A chance visit to Phoenix turned into a sit-down conversation — and it became clear pretty quickly that this was someone worth paying attention to.

“I could see a lot of me in him from when I was that age. He’s thinking further ahead than I was at 28. He’s already run his own company, done high-level facilitation and training. This is a rising star.”

Jonny sees his mission at QFG as an extension of what he’s already been doing. “My mission has always been quite simple: make an impact not just on how sellers communicate, but on how people communicate. The beautiful thing about the tools in the Pathfinder System is that they don’t just apply to selling. They apply to leadership and all of life. I’ve experienced it firsthand in my business and my life outside of work, from facilitating ministry groups and coaching colleagues through big decisions to parenting and family applications.”

What the certification process looked like

Joining the Pathfinder coaching team isn’t a rubber stamp. Both Erin and Jonny went through an intensive two-day certification with Marcus Sheridan — heavy on role plays, real pressure, and proving they could carry the framework with the depth it deserves. They both cleared the bar comfortably.

What this means for clients

Pathfinder isn’t just a sales tool or a leadership framework — it changes how people communicate across the board. The team regularly hears from people who say the training has improved relationships with their kids, their partners, their families. That’s the kind of impact coaches want to have on their clients. Erin and Jonny are now equipped to deliver exactly that.

They’re the start of something bigger. Welcome to the team.
